This event is for artists. We are excited to host this event in recognition to your contribution made to your local communities. As a way to say thank you we would like for you to be a part of our artist community. Please complete this form for your artist credential during the 2015 Kingdom Image Awards. Please note, the credential request will only be granted to the single artist or the group/choir leader. We understand your notary status in your own right; however we must have your request on hand by the deadline. Your request will ensure we have space for you during the 2015 Kingdom Image Awards.

IT DOES NOT grant you full access nor a complimentary pass. You must pay full price for ALL ticketed events. Our staff will follow-up with you to confirm your status and payment no later than August 1st. If payment is not rendered, your credential and space will be released.
